As the sun starts to set on summer (shudder), we step into September the season of transformation.

We like to think of September as a second new year, the wind down after the busy, social months. The slow descent into hibernation mode.

But hear us out. September can be viewed as a month with potential, growth, and a resumed commitment to health, wellness, and vitality.

A good time to re-focus on our health, habits and happiness.

It's important, too, to acknowledge that a season change can bring a lot of unwelcome and uncomfortable feelings for most. (We know summer isn't technically over yet but, September doesn't seem to give us us the same juice boost as June and July do.)

Focus? Motivation? An opportunity to meet others? Campaign idea: celebrate the joy of movement and inspire others to step into a transformative tempo!

Nutrition Brands: September brings us #OrganicAwarenessMonth. A good time to recognise the dedication of brands, producers, and farmers who bring organic products to life. Explore how Organic foods and products support a sustainable journey. Educate your audience on what it means to go organic, and give top tips on how to do this on a budget.

September 13th marks #PositiveThinkingDay. Could you use your marketing to uplift spirits and encourage a mindset shift? Or perhaps, you can engage your audience by sparking a debate. Does positive thinking work? Does it work in combination with other mind activity?

September 21st is #WorldGratitudeDay. Share content about the many benefits of gratitude practice. Is your audience scientific or spiritual? Share case studies relevant to them. And remember to create your own space of gratitude, too.
